My internship experience at Deep Connection has been a very educational one for me. I worked in a motivating and positive setting, where I received hands-on experience in taking case history, assessment, and therapy of neurodivergent children. The experience of fieldwork has also solidified my knowledge about clinical practices in real-life situations, thereby adding immensely to my training and development experience.

Through my internship experience, I was able to learn and apply practical skills in working with neurodiverse children and families. In addition, I acquired a deeper insight and understanding of multidisciplinary care models using ABA, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Special Education. In addition, my experience included working with schools for comprehensive development. Apart from practical experience, I was also involved in research and content development and was exposed to learning from high-achieving professionals.
